THE HMO STRATEGY 

To buy 2 and 3-bedroom houses and convert them into luxury HMO’s with 5-8 bedrooms, all with en-suites and a large kitchen common area. Until now We have successfully converted 20+ properties into much larger HMO's with significant uplifts in income and value.   

 

Each project requires various planning permissions, building regulations approval and HMO licencing, all of which need my specialist professional attention throughout the whole process.
